We have released new development version of Synfig! This version fixes many critical issues and improves stability of the program. Please see full list of changes on this page.
Again, we hope this is the last development release in 1.3.x branch and looking forward to release it as stable version 1.4.0 (if everything will be alright). As usual, your feedback is welcome in our bugtracker.
