Issue description
Animated value becomes constant when Converted , and this is an expected behaviour :

When parameter is animated it is (internally) converted to Animated Value node. Converting to another Value Node replaces the link. So it is exactly as it should be. http://www.synfig.org/issues/thebuggenie/synfig/issues/707

When converting an animated value the user lost work, it's a good place to display a warning dialog box with "Cancel" , "Convert" button and a checkbox "do not display this message"
