Issue description
Since Single Windows, most of the tools' shortcuts do not work. Has Alt+Key refer the main menu entries, the tool's shortcuts are bypassed by the menu.

Idea : Why not has Gimp do, change the shortcuts to "key" ?

Putting back the Tools menu (global/menu/tools) and so the actions definition (states) solve the issue, and tools shortcuts (not alt-key) can be invocated a branch with global/menu/tools

Synfig have an old bug in handling single-key shortcuts. Try to assign "a" key to normal tool. Then you will not be able to type "a" letter when you edit a string-type parameter (i.e. try to do that for "Font Family" parameter of Text Layer).

This bug was fixed by Carlos for 0.64.x, but it come back when we have switched to Single-Window mode.

Confused, on OSX, the shortcuts don't work. And I don't think it is a good idea to have a "Toolbox" menu entry as discussed in development mailing list.

from morevna/gtk3 branch, https://github.com/morevnaproject/synfig/tree/gtk3/ tools shortcut work better ... but still some tools shortcut hit menu accelerator (fill tool <alt-f> and file menu for example)

For me, this kind of problem is unacceptable. After all, they slow down my work and reduce its effectiveness. And against this background, my nervousness and mood swings increase. This can lead to more serious problems such as depression. Recently, I found information on depression here. I realized how serious this is, and that you need to pay attention to internal well-being. Therefore, now I try to treat my work more aloof.

I have gotten my hands on a lot of tools over the years and there have always been shortcuts for me. You need to visit website and get more new ways for finding Best Codeless Test Automation Tool. I have used them without fail as they were quick, easy, and just made my life that much easier. However, My latest tool seems to have been a bit fickle with regard to its shortcuts. They don't work! After a bit of testing and research, I discovered that they don't work on Windows 8/10 but also in Windows 7.
