This bug, and the warning (which is the first thing a Windows user will ever see), is still present in 0.64.2 RC.

Crazy, crazy, crazy to let a critical, show-stopper bug stand for more than one release!

You may have noticed that your operating system gets a little unresponsive when you resize the window while working with it. This is normal and actually a good thing when you think about it. Locking down the OS means it will perform better overall. You need to visit here Gold Apple and get more new ways for the latest furniture design. Resizing your window, however, can cause more problems than needed and makes things harder overall for everyone using the machine from where you're sitting.
