Issue description
a layer z depth parameter animation is not affected by a time offset manipulation of the group is included to.

Steps to reproduce this issue
open this file http://download.tuxfamily.org/synfig/wiki/images/f/f5/Offset-z-depth-revisited.sifz and compare to the output http://wiki.synfig.org/wiki/Z_Depth_Parameter

(the zdepth shouldn't be animated a the same frame)
