Issue description
Undock and resize parameter panel freeze the app 

 Revision: 20140919 (morevna/gtk3 branch) / debian wheezy
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • Start synfig
  • Create a circle
  • Undock parameters panel ((synfigstudio:26047): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_table_set_row_spacing: assertion `row < priv->nrows' failed)
  • Resize the panel bigger than parameters table height (when you no more have vertical scroll bar)
  • Synfig is freezed
