Issue description
I've noticed that just after create a Skeleton deformation (and therefore a single bone pair is created) there is one pixel vertical down displacement of the rendered context. Reset pose doesn't help to fix it.

To demonstrate the effect I've created a specific file (attached):

Rectangle (alpha over) Skeleton deformation (supposedly neutral) Rectangle (same layer as above but Composite)

Using master at 160b06897f651a463a0b1d4ad26290059c0f0e3e non debug build on OSX (clang)
Steps to reproduce this issue
Open attached file and alternatively enable and disable the Skeleton deformation layer. When it is enabled you shouldn't see any render but a one pixel horizontal line is shown.
