Issue description
The Synfig icons are not created when installing the Development Version 64-bit .deb file on Kubuntu 13.10.

Seems a .deb issue as icons are created fine in the 64-bit RPM of the development version on Fedora 20.

Development version: Revision: 20131215 Branch: morevna Revision ID: a62280

Built on Dec 15 2013
Steps to reproduce this issue
1. Install the 64-bit .deb on Kubuntu 2. No Synfig Icons/Splash image.

Are you sure the behavior is different for Fedora 20? Is the package version you tested is the same? As far as I know we have icons broken for all packages of 20131215. ^__^

You're right - I didn't notice the version I first tried on Kubuntu was newer. Sorry.

"It looks like there may be an issue with the .deb file for the Development Version of Synfig on Kubuntu 13.10 as the icons are not being created during installation. However, it appears to work fine on the 64-bit RPM of the development version on Fedora 20. Hopefully this gets resolved soon for Kubuntu users. Bandeja hornos balay
