Issue description
When you animate a normal parameter, it becomes to an Animated Value Node. It is still offering the Set Interpolation even when it is animated. That doesn't happen for sub-parameters.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Create a Circle.
  2. Convert its Radius to Scale.
  3. Expand the Radius Scale and right click the Scale subparameter.
  4. Choose Set Interpolation>Linear (for example)
  5. Then, in animation mode modify the Scale parameter (waypoint is created).
  6. Repeat step 3) but the "Set Interpolation" menu doesn't appear.
