Issue description
The information option 'ffmpeg-video-codecs' is ignored
Steps to reproduce this issue
run:

synfig --fmpeg-video-codecs

Then it doesn't show the videos but complains about a missing input file.

Corrected. The option was changed to --target-video-codecs like in the previous CLI.
