Issue description
When using Cairo render in both, Navigator and Wrokarea, the Group layer doesn't render its context (the layers below it) if the bounding rectangle of its children layers doesn't overlap the bounding rectangle of the context.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Start Synfig Studio
  2. Enable Cairo render on Workarea and Navigator.
  3. Create two circles that doesn't overlap
  4. Group the one that is above in the layer stack. Then the other circle is not visible in Navigator.


In Workarea is visible because the tile is rendered separately. Zoom out enough to trigger the single tile mode and you'll see that the circle below disappears
