Issue description
The tile render fails for some combinations of origin and checker size. Also Preview produces just like a tile and doesn't expand the repeated checkers all around.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Create a layer checkerboard with the default values and watch it at 100%. Go to Preview and check "Use Cairo" before preview the render.
