Issue description
animtim:

local time parameter doesn't do its job (the demo file Time-loop-demo-0.2.sifz in http://wiki.synfig.org/wiki/Time_Loop_Layer doesn't render as it should anymore)

Tested on both my desktop and my laptop
  • desktop: Ubuntu 11.10 amd64 athlonX2, 0.63.04 released .deb.
  • laptop: Ubuntu 12.04 amd64 i5, built from git.

I want to put some emphasis on how important this bug is. It makes it impossible to start time loops on other frames than 0. No cycle offset or moving cycle timing. It makes Synfig a very crippled tool when it comes to cycling.
