Issue description
The keyframe widget draws vertical arrows to indicate the position of the keyframes on the timetrack. The vertical arrow is drawn usually black but when it is being dragged (due to a click and drag or a ALT-click and drag operation) it is drawn in white color. It was originally designed to return to black color arrow when the drag operation finish but it remains white.

If you click and drag in the keyframe widget from the canvas window, the keyframe widget from the timetrack panel renders fine and viceversa. Once the keyframe renders white, it remains white.

It happens at last since 0.64.0.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Create some keyframes and click and drag one of them at the keyframe widget.

The selection of the keyframe is not a bad enhancement itself but it should be reflected in both, the keyframe panel and the keyframe widget. So when you select a keyframe on the panel, it is reflected too in the widget and viceversa.

Currently there is not consistence on that. The supposedly selected keyframe (white arrow) doesn't reflects the same on the keyframe panel and viceversa. Also, both keyframe widgets aren't in sync.

The proposed commit for fix this bug is ok but the issue is not fully closed. There are many inconsistencies.
