Issue description
A feature request found in the synfig wiki/doc at http://wiki.synfig.org/wiki/Color_Editor_Dialog

On the other hand, YUV channels can only be set using the triangular sliders. It would be a good feature if those channels could also be modified by their numerical values.

While writing the code I send to much time to find the short keys to make assignments quickly. You tell the good formula. I am working with the paper writing service to write the assignment for the students if you want any help let me know. I will help you.
