Issue description

The toggle states are not response to the proper behaviors while using Undo/Redo to undo/redo a setting.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. new canvas,
  2. click prev/next keyframe buttons several times
  3. click Undo/Redo buttons on Toolbox or keyboard shortcuts or History panel
  4. the icons response correctly but the toggle states of the buttons don't

Maybe you wanted to say lock future/past keyframes instead of lock next/prev keyframes? I can reproduce the bug here.

Yes, it is lock future/past keyframes.

I am wondering this functionality of undo/redo system effects not only artwork context but also the UI button behaviour, or I should say Canvas Modes.

So what is the best way to avoid it? to fix this issue or to remove this functionality from undo/redo system?
