Issue description
When working on large projects, parameters can become rather unwieldy. Often, there are so many parameters associated with a layer that they cannot all fit in the parameters sub-window under default settings and fitting them all requires resizing the window to take up an unreasonable amount of space. It becomes necessary to scroll through many irrelevant parameters to reach the ones you're actually interested in.

I propose that when right-clicking on a parameter, there should be an option to hide that parameter. This would not affect any animations previously associated with it (although it would be most useful on parameters that aren't animated). It would simply allow easy navigation through parameters that the user decides are most important. At the bottom of the parameters window would be a gray option saying "Show hidden parameters" that can be clicked to reveal all parameters that have been hidden.

Furthermore (feel free to split this request into two, if appropriate), it should also be possible to "pop" a parameter to a parent group layer. When right-clicking any parameter that is associated with a layer that is a child of a group layer, an option should be available that say something to the effect of "Pop parameter to parent group layer". A linked copy of the parameter would then appear in the parameters of the group layer. Editing that copy edits the child and if the child is moved, the link is severed and the copy deleted. Parameters could also be popped multiple times to higher-level group layers. This would allow the user to, for example, quickly edit the color(s) of an element several layers deep.
