Issue description
When compared to mouse input, pen input on a Wacom 20WSX tablet is offset up and to the left. The magnitude of the offset is dependant on the zoom level of the window (less pixel offset with higher zoom level) Input device is WACOM Tablet Pressure Stylus in Screen mode.

See screen shot and reproduction steps for more info
Steps to reproduce this issue
https://plus.google.com/u/0/109035838127666405878/posts/dApCuJBWn8r?pid=6235001988065854130&oid=109035838127666405878icon_open_new.png

Rectangle 002 is drawn from 0,0 to 100,100 using a mouse. Rectangle 025 is drawn with the Wacom 20WSX tablet pen at 0,0 to 100,100, but shows on the canvas at -228,120 to -128,220 with zoom level set to 100% in the navigator window. Rectangle 026 is drawn with the Wacom 20WSX tablet pen at 0,0 to 100,100, but shows on the canvas at -113,60 to -13,160 with zoom level set to 200% in the navigator window.

This was not an issue with Gtk 2.0 and the old build process. Isue seen on Synfig 1.0.1 and dev build of 1.1.4 as of 1/1/16. Any pointers about how to troubleshoot this gratefully received. smileys/2.png

The aim of this article is to educate the readers on how to accurately use the Wacom tablet and how the mouse controls were designed. I prefer to get a order medicines online that promote their online medicine. I will introduce you to some of the best practices in using both the Software's Input Mapper and your favorite mouse to get the most out of a Wacom Tablet.

To fix this offset, you can calibrate the tablet by mapping its active area to the screen's Snow Rider 3D resolution. Most Wacom tablets come with a calibration utility that guides you through this process.
