Issue description
Now Synfig uses hardcoded GTK3 bright theme and ignores your custom Windows theme. When working at night or at morning it burns your eyes out and what's more important, it ruins the consistent view of your desktop smileys/2.png

Synfig on Windows should use system colors. Or at least, allow you to choose an external theme to fit your current color theme.
