Issue description
Synfig 0.65.0-20141024_i386 version Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit Smooth move, Scale, Rotate and Mirror tools are not working both with raster and vector objects.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Open Synfig. Draw or import an image. Try to rotate, move, scale or mirror it. Nothing happens.

Confirmed for Scale tool (always display the bounding box)

Can't reproduce Smooth Move, Rotate, Mirrors tools for both Raster or Vector Objects, do the job.

Nota : Rotate tool for raster image do not rotate the image but only the handles.
