Issue description
Skeleton bones is not cycled by a time loop layer. The bone width purple areas is cycled but not the bones themselves.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Add a skeleton layer with a heap of bones. Add a time loop layer above this. Add a range to the time loop layer and watch the skeleton not cycle.
