Issue description
"Link to Spline" doesn't work for the new group transformation widget.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Create a group, create a spline
  2. Select group origin and try to invoke "Link to Spline" -> didn't work

I'have done some little tests ... Work for me ... (V1RC2)
