Issue description
The split tangents function doesn't work properly when Spline is constructed. See the illustration of the problem - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/38155541/out-40-7-19.ogv
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Select spline tool
  2. Add a few points
  3. Split tangents for any of the points
  4. Add one more points -> The "split tangents" status is lost for the points you made in step 3
