Issue description
Windows build have no support for Magick++, thus it can't render optimized aniamted gif's. It is necessary to enable Magick++ to improve user experience.

It is extremely possible that the GIF is "optimized". In this situation, frames do not completely replace prior ones: the new frame just contains modified pixels, and mapquest driving directions while the rest is transparent areas that are easily compressed.
