Issue description
Can't add the first keyframe by Caret-Menu / Keyframe / Add Keyframe Until a keyframe has been added and focus gave to it by the Key Frames Panel.

Synfig 0.64.0
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • Start Synfig
  • Menu Caret / Keyframe / Add Keyframe entry is not present (but should be if animation time != 0)
  • Add Key Frame by (+) button from Key Frame Panel
  • Menu Caret / Keyframe / Add Keyframe entry is still not present (but should be if animation time != 0)
  • In Keyframe Panel, Select the Keyframe added
  • Menu Caret / Keyframe / Add Keyframe entry is present and active.
