Issue description
Global Context : Double click on ui is (generaly) used to edit the object you click on (file / label / value....). Synfig Context : Double click on part of ui respond sometime has expected, edit labels / name / value ....

Idea : Generalize where it's possible double click edit action (and even triple click to select even more in context)

Concrete example of lack of edit on double click in synfig : on timetrack panel to edit waypoints
