Issue description
Ordinarily, when you group different layers, one of your primary objectives is to move / transform those layers at the same time as a single object. Transformation can be achieved by placing Translate, Rotate and Scale layers at the top of the hierarchy within the Group.

However, placing each transform layer on every Group is redundant. A better alternative would be to give Groups their own Transform, Scale and Rotate parameters (complete with "Origin" setting for Rotate).

For Scaling, an additional feature required would be to scale "only" horizontally or vertically, if "Uniform Scaling" isn't checked (much like Blender). If checked, then it would scale in all directions and keep the ratio.
