Issue description
If the user Disconnect a Width Point and the document is saved to file then it is not recoverable via load from file.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Create an Advanced Outline
  2. Go to the Parameters panel and expand its Width Point List
  3. Right click on one of the widthpoint entries and select 'Disconnect'
  4. Save the file
  5. Load the file and it complains with:
error: Unexpected element <position>
error: Unexpected element <width>
error: Unexpected element <side_before>
error: Unexpected element <side_after>
