Issue description
genete:

Ubuntu 11.10 installs fine (not complains) but it has two issues: 1) Ubuntu Software manager shows license: Unknown 2) ffmpeg is not installed but target exists, so it crash when ffmpeg target is selected and render is pressed.
Steps to reproduce this issue

We have to do something with License. Though it's tricky to fix and require some efforts. About ffmpeg: I can add ffmpeg as dependency, but we have created those all-in-one packages to let user install synfig with as less dependencies as possible, right? So, it's better to check presence of ffmpeg at application level.

As alternative, I can try to pack ffmpeg directly into synfigstudio package.

python3 have to be added as dependency too
