Issue description
nobody:

Upon installing Synfig, which seems to run an earlier version of GTK than my other programs, GIMP and Pidgin, causes them to stop working. In Pidgin it simply gets an older look, but GIMP will not open. It gets stuck on loading.
Steps to reproduce this issue

The new installer doesn't modify .gtkrc file in user directory anymore. The gtkrc settings are stored locally now within the Synfig's installation path.

Users who were affected by this issue should remove .gtkrc file from their user directory.
