Issue description
In current OSX development version, 1.3.33, revision 20200313, Eyedropper tool doesn't work when selected in Colors-HSV window, and after Eyedropper is selected Close button frozen.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Click on Fill color, select HSV, click Eyedropper, nothing happens, can no longer close window with Close button. As cheat, tried to cut and paste Color Name into HSV window, but won't allow paste. I am not a programmer, so my best description.
