Issue description
If trying to play with "Reverse" conversion from the workarea (not from parameter list) it result some rare things :

  • Select and convert all (or just some) vertex of a spline : a grey handle appear in place of a vertex.
  • Convert a width handle , it disappear from the canevas (from the parameter list all values remplaced by link)
  • other maybe....
Steps to reproduce this issue
1)
  • make a spline (advanced outline)
  • select vertices and click reverse


2)
  • make a spline (advanced outline)
  • select a width point and click reverse

Note about the part 1 of the issue: The handles appear grey because the Reverse convert type doesn't support reverse manipulations. Every convert type that doesn't support reverse manipulations turns handles into grey.
