Issue description
As discussed in http://www.synfig.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=9543,the first random value returned by a Random value node is its very seed. It should return the next value in the pseudo-random sequence instead; otherwise, the returned value doesn't look random.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Get xxx.sifz from http://www.synfig.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=9543.

Observe the behaviour of Cielo > Ubicar > Origin > X-Axis for each value in Seed (each Poblar replica has its own index-connected value).
