Issue description
I'm trying to reuse an animation by making an exported canvas from it and then connecting it to a new Group layer.

For repeating the animation, I use a common Time Loop.

Then, I try to introduce a delay in just one of the two animation instances, but although I can change the Time Offset of one Group (and the Time Offset of the other one seems unaltered), the two animations always behave in a synchronized manner.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Get simplified.sifz from http://www.synfig.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9536.
  2. Open & Preview. Both circles jump three times at the same time.
  3. Try to avoid synchronization between the two circles by modifying Time Offset in CircleJump1 (or in CircleJump2).
  4. Preview.

Different effects can be achieved, but none of them break the synchronicity.

I'm not very sure about my understanding of Time Offset, but Genete thinks it could be a Synfig bug.
