Issue description
When you use the Brush tool without previously importing an image file, it seems that you are creating what people knowing Synfig much more than I know calls "an embedded image". In such a case, SFG is the only appropriate format for saving the animation. However, if the user chooses SIF or SIFZ, no message warns the user about being losing his/her brush strokes.

I think such a warning is desirable.

This entry has its origin here: Warning: rejected filename for a brush image.
