Issue description
Using remotes/morevna/gtk3 branch SHA ID dacd47f3874d613ecc570c86dac0ed00ccf30336 Windows 32 bits RELEASE build.

Can't save as a newly created file. Crash
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Start Synfig Studio
  2. Press button "save as".
  3. Message is shown (see attached)
  4. Crash

I have done that in the folder of the synfigstudio.exe binary. This is what I get:

$ LANG=C /cygdrive/c/cygwin/bin/glib-compile-schemas.exe share\glib-2.0\schemas
Error opening directory 'shareglib-2.0schemas': No such file or directory

Fixed in master branch - https://github.com/synfig/synfig/commit/ddbebeffc85f441fd1d1ed1915289f972e62ee22
