Issue description
Using remotes/morevna/gtk3 branch SHA ID dacd47f3874d613ecc570c86dac0ed00ccf30336 Windows 32 bits RELEASE build.

Can't save as a newly created file. Crash
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Start Synfig Studio
  2. Press button "save as".
  3. Message is shown (see attached)
  4. Crash

 If you got error message "No GSettings schemas are installed on the system", run below command in installed path: bin\glib-compile-schemas.exe share\glib-2.0\schemas

I have done that in the folder of the synfigstudio.exe binary. This is what I get:

$ LANG=C /cygdrive/c/cygwin/bin/glib-compile-schemas.exe share\glib-2.0\schemas
Error opening directory 'shareglib-2.0schemas': No such file or directory

Fixed in master branch - https://github.com/synfig/synfig/commit/ddbebeffc85f441fd1d1ed1915289f972e62ee22
