Issue description
The brush tool is do nothing when trying to brush on new canvas. In fact, the brush tool need an image layer, has the Fill tool need a region to work, but at least the fill tool display a message "No layer here"
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • Open synfig
  • Select brush tool
  • Brush

It would be nice to automatically create an empty image layer in this case. ^__^
