Issue description
In the current master branch (9362558645b6f) the Time Loop layer keeps influencing the composition even if user disables it.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Create animation
  2. Put Time Loop layer on top of it
  3. Disable Time Loop layer (uncheck a checkbox near its name)
  4. Render preview - the animation remains looped
