Issue description

In single-window, when open a document, it will be listing in Window menu, but after closing a document, it is still there.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Open Synfig Studio,
Close the default document "Synfig Animation 1"
Go to Window menu, the "Synfig Animation 1" is till there.
