Issue description
When you reset panel layout from custom version to original one, if a dock panel was teared off, there will a empty dock panel staying.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Fire up Synfig Studio,
  2. Tear of a dock panel, Canvas Browser, for example
  3. Go to File -> Panels --> Reset Panels to Original Layout
Then the Canvas Browser Panel is relocated back to original position, leaving an empty panel with titling Dock Panel.
