Issue description
dooglus:
  • draw two circles,
  • click one,
  • hold control and click the other,
  • now both should be selected,
  • right-click either of them (in the main workarea window) and 'encapsulate'


it seems natural to expect that to encapsulate them both, but it only encapsulates the one you right-clicked on; they do both get encapsulated if you do the same in the layer dialog.
